Terms and Conditions
Overview
This document outlines the terms and conditions for the use of RSL's driving and security services. By engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
Services
- Drivers and Security: Our team adheres to New Zealand Health and Safety Standards and offers professional event management services.
- Security Drivers Close Protection: Clients must provide accommodation if required, unless otherwise negotiated in the contract.
Payment Terms
- Invoices: Payments are due within 7 days unless an account arrangement is in place.
- Fuel Charges: Based on a filled tank-to-filled tank basis. Receipts will be supplied with the invoice.
- Cancellation Policy: A minimum charge of 4 hours per driver and/or security staff applies if canceled within 48 hours of start of event.
Client Responsibilities
- RSL is not responsible for any actions taken or not taken by the client. Our planning services are advisory only.
- If booking vehicles through a rental agency, full insurance is required.
Vehicle and Cost Changes
- Vehicles are subject to change due to availability and demand. Any cost variations will be notified before the event.
- Excessive soiling of vehicles will incur a $250 cleaning fee.
Insurance
- RSL holds public liability insurance for all services.
Long-Term Projects
- Day rates can be negotiated beforehand for extended engagements.
Quotes and bookings
- All quotes and bookings must be accepted by an approved person.
